‘IndiaSkills Kerala 2020’, the skill competition will be an arena for celebrating world class excellence in skills and an avenue to the youngsters to showcase their functional and vocational skills. The winners will represent the state at the national skill competition ‘IndiaSkills 2020’, which will open gates to the ‘WorldSkills Shanghai 2021’.
LEVELS
India Skills Kerala 2020 is scheduled to be conducted at 3 levels
1. District level – All eligible applicants will compete in the preliminary competition at all the 14 districts of the state
2. Zonal Level – The second level of competition will be conducted in 3 zones viz., North, Central and South. Winners from district level shall compete in respective zones.
3. State level Finals – Winners and runner-ups of each competition skill from the three zones will stand off at the grand finale organized at Swapna Nagari Ground, Calicut.
Points to note for successful registration
- Registration will start from 08-Nov-2019 To 31-Dec-2019.
- The participant must be born on or after 01-Jan-1999
- Please make sure that the email id and phone numbers are valid. All further communications will be through e-mails and SMS.
- You shall receive SMS and e-mail notifications on successful registration.
- Please enter correct and valid data as it cannot be edited after submission.
- The registration for the trades 1) Mobile Robotics, 2) Cyber Security 3) Gardening and Landscaping will only start from 14/11/2019 as these trades are Team Skill Competitions where a team of 2 individuals are required for the competition.
- You can choose any one of the 42 Skills and preferred district.
- Before registration, please be ready with the following documents to upload:-
- Latest passport size photograph in JPEG, JPG, PNG format (size: between 50KB and 250KB)
- Copy of a valid ID proof in JPEG, JPG, PNG, PDF format (size: between 50KB and 250KB). ( Valid ID proof acceptable for registration are Aadhar / License / Passport / Voters ID)
