Position: GST – Graduate Store Trainee
This is an opportunity to work as a Trainee in Reliance Supermarket / Fresh Stores near you place during your free time, may be in the evenings. This is for 6 months and you
can earn a stipend of 10,000 Rs per month and more over can gain experience. Post Training period, if confirmed you can work as Department manager with a package of 2.75lakh per annum.

Candidate Profile:
- Candidate should be BCom / BBA 2021 Batch Final Year students
- Willing to work anywhere across Kerala.
- Willing to travel anywhere across Kerala for training.
- In a combination of 10th, 12th, UG (Till last semester)
- candidate should not have less than 60% with no standing arrears (Only 2021 Batch)
- The program duration is 6 months
- Must be flexible to work in shifts (between 6:30AM -10:30PM)
- Post successful completion of graduation and internal Training certification, candidates would be absorbed as DM (Department Manager) in any stores in Kerala.
- In case candidates do not complete the internal certification successfully, they will be disqualified from the program.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute retail operations in Stores and ensure adherence to all Standard Operating procedures of Company.
- Lead, mentor and motivate team of associates to deliver reliable services to customers and/or other colleagues in the organization.
- Ensure that business strategies are implemented in the assigned store to increase business in the store.
- Manage and execute product promotion, exceed sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Reduce & manage stock losses in the store.
Compensation & Career Progression:
- GST (During Training) – Stipend of Rs 10000 Per Month
- GST are not eligible for any other benefits
- On successful completion of Certification and absorption as Department Manager candidate will be eligible to get 2.75L Salary in the DM Position including other Benefits (ESI/ Insurance, PF, Gratuity &Incentives)
