- Any Graduate (Post Graduates need not apply)
- 2019 & 2020 pass out batches.
- Secured as min. First class (60% and above) in any of the 2 – 10th, +2 or Graduation.
- Willing to be placed anywhere across Kerala.
Selection will be based on
- Performance in the interview, Predictive Index test and RPAT Test
- Valid documents (Education, Experience & Relieving, PAN & Aadhaar etc)
- Medical examination and Physical fitness certification from the RIL doctor is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage & Coordinate activities for the smooth functioning at store
- Supervise the team and ensure that all activities are executed as per plan
- Implementation of processes as per SOPs laid down in Work Smart
- Ensure 100% adherence to POG , SOP and promo implementation
- Store is kept clean and hygienic
- Support SM towards reducing dump, shrink and losses
- Pay Package: 2 Lakh per Annum (CTC)
