Enter Tainee Name
Enter Grievience Type (Profile Related or Examination Related)
Enter Registration Number (MIS number with “R”)
Enter Year ( Year 1 or Year 2)
Click Next
To continue with your grievance click CONTINUE
To UPDATE your mobile number click UPDATE
If you click UPDATE, a new window opens (shown below) to enter your DATE OF BIRTH
Enter your DATE OF BIRTH and click VERIFY
A new window opens which shows your EXISTING MOBILE NUMBER AND EMAIL ID (shown below)
Enter your NEW EMAIL ID AND PHONE NUMBER
Click UPDATE
You will receive OTP in your NEW EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER
You will get a new window which shows that your email and mobile numbers are updated ( SEE THE GREEN COLOR LETTER AT THE BOTTOM RIGHT )
