WhatsApp has a beta channel which allows users to try out the app’s under-development features. Today WhatsApp beta version 2.24.24.5 faces an issue were the app returns to a green screen while opening a chat. WhatsApp chat with this particular beta installed turns the entire screen green.
How to clear the Whatsapp Green Screen Issue
- Open your Smartphone Settings – Apps – Whatsapp and try to clear the Cache. It may be working
- Leave beta version: Open your Playstore and find Whatsapp and leave the beta version and update it as normal version.
- If the problem is not resolved wait for the official update from Whatsapp. Whatsapp will resolve this issue soon.
