About the Program

Eligibility Criteria

- Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as of February 7, 2025.
Candidates with distance education qualifications or less than 50% marks are not eligible.
Probation and Compensation
- Probation Period: Six months, after which confirmation is subject to performance.
- Compensation: INR 3,00,000 – INR 12,00,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-linked incentives and subsidized staff loans.

Candidates can apply online from December 28, 2024, to February 7, 2025, through HDFC Bank’s official website. The application fee is INR 479 (excluding GST).

- Signature in black ink.
- Left thumb impression.
- Handwritten declaration in English:
“I, [Name], hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
Selection Process
- Online Test: Covers English, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning (100 marks, 1 hour).
- Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates based on test scores will proceed to the interview.
