  1. ആദ്യം +91 9013151515 എന്ന നമ്പർ കോൺടാക്റ്റ് ലിസ്റ്റിലേക്ക് സേവ് ചെയ്യുക. ഈ നമ്പറിലാണ് MyGov കൊറോണ ഹെൽപ്ഡെസ്ക് ചാറ്റ്ബോട്ടിന്റെ സേവനം ലഭിക്കുക.

PAN-Aadhaar linking deadline extended to 2021 June 30 due to COVID disruptions

Central Government extends the last date for linking of Aadhaar number with PAN from 31st March 2021 to 30th June 2021, in view of the difficulties arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic.

As per Section 139AA of Income-tax Act, it is mandatory for every person to quote their Aadhaar number in their income tax return and the application for allotment of PAN, provided they are eligible for Aadhaar. Every person who has been allotted PAN as of July 1, 2017, and who is eligible to obtain Aadhaar number is required to link his PAN to Aadhaar.

Income Tax department has made Aadhaar-PAN linking mandatory for PAN holders who are required to file ITR. March 31, 2021 is the last date for PAN holders to link their PAN card with Aadhaar card. If you fail to link your PAN with Aadhaar, your PAN card might become invalid after March 31, 2021.
